I do not have any credit card. What am I supposed to do? On the website you will be able to do your payments not only by credit card but also through PayPal.

The product I bought arrived broken or damaged. What do I do? If the product is not accordant to the description on the website, you may exert your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received the parcel. Discover how in the “returns” section. We will make any effort to solve the issue.

 Why should I insure my shipment? The insurance will cover you in case the parcel gets lost or stolen, or in case the carrier damages the product. In order to make it valid however, always remember to write on the receipt that you are accepting the parcel "with the proviso that the good is intact". Otherwise you will loose any entitlement to the reimbursement of the damaged product.

 Should I buy multiple products, do I get them all together? The products are physically in the different workshops located all over Italy. Each craftsman takes care of the shipment of his/her own goods. Therefore the products may arrive in different days and at different times. Every single product reports within its description, the average delivery time.

 I want to return one single item out of a multiple purchase. When using the right of withdrawal only for a part of your order, only the price of the returned product will be refunded.
